Hello, When i forward an email on mac outlook 2016 this is how it shows: From: First name last name, Date: Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 12:21 AM To: First name last name Subject: XXX I want to get rid of the email address that it shows after the name in 'from' and 'To' field. This is what i how i want it to be: From: First name last name Date: Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 12:21 AM To: First name last name Subject: XXX I tried looking into composing (reply/forward) settings. No matter what changes i do i still get the email address along the name.

Can someone suggest how do i go about to ensure the email address does not show up and just have the name in 'from' and 'to' fields.
