Whenever I connect my iPhone to my laptop and opened the iTunes, it says 'Set Up Your iPhone', 'This computer has previously synced with an iPhone or another iOS device'. And two options were given to me: 'Set up as a new phone' and 'Restore from the backup of:' It also says the last synced was at 2:44am. The problem is, I want to upgrade my iOS version from 3.1.3 to iOS 4. I need to backup my iPhone before I can restore it.
